Drop-in Advice Centre
Rotherham Community Safety and Advice Centre is a one-stop-shop for crime and community safety information and advice for the people of Rotherham.
The Centre is situated on Howard Street in the Town Centre and opens Monday - Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm.
From our Advice Centre on Howard Street we offer many services that are free of charge to the general public. The Advice Centre is manned by a team of trained volunteers. Please see below for the services on offer.
Information Service - Have you a question or concern about crime or community safety and unsure on where to get an answer or where you can voice your concern? Rotherham Community Safety & Advice Centre can help! Our team of highly trained volunteers will try to answer any questions you may have and if they can't they can put you in touch with someone who can.
Signposting Service - With so many different services out there offering
their help it is often confusing on where you should go or who to contact for assistance with your particular enquiry. The volunteers and staff at RCSAC have extensive knowledge of services and organisations in the Rotherham area and will steer you in the right direction.
Agency Referral - RCSAC work alonside other essential services in the Rotherham Borough such as South Yorkshire Police, Victim Support, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, MAARI and Rotherham Stay Put to offer those who are most in need the right care and advice.
